Could someone help to value a sewing book called " for the little maid" sewing book no 1

Can anybody help me value this doll pattern book please, i have tried everything i can think of but nobody seems to have any information on it. The book has 2 sheets of material and 3 patterns, it is from the bon series and was disrtibuted by ATOM DISTRIBUTING CO. MELBOURNE. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

I sell a lot of that kind of pattern book (not that exact one, but similar items) they usually sell from around $5.50 to $8.80

yours would be from the 1950s I'd guess.
