Hi, long story but a seller sold me rubbish and would not refund so I left negative feedback. Now he is using different ebay accounts & purchasing my items & leaving negative feedback. He just purchased another 2 items last night and will do the same. I have contacted ebay and no help at all. What can I do?

did you add their original ID to your block bidder list after you left the neg?
a good reason to not use the one a/c for buying and selling.
if they are on your Block bidder list and they used a different id to buy, you can report them to ebay for malicious bidding

If it isn't an old transaction and you've paid via Paypal you can open a not as described dispute. Put together all of the details and report him to ebay as well.

In both neg's the seller has replied to your comment. If what the seller is saying in the feedback reply is untrue, and sounds like it is considering your OP, call eBay and they may remove it. Also follow abo0ve advice and block buyer immediately

Sold date is 28th Oct. Feedback left on 3rd Nov.
Even if you posted on Monday 29th Oct the buyer didn't receive the seed till 31st. The buyer was saying "it didn't grow" within 3 days she had the seeds.
Ring up eBay and tell them about how short time the buyer had the seed and the feedback is not valid.
Your feedback to the seller is valid as you had the seed for a month. If so why didn't you take it?
I'm not a gardener but I have planted many seeds in past. Not all seeds grow. You get bad ones sometimes. Your negative feedback is a bit harsh if the seller offered replacement or refund.

As syrupy said, call ebay with those facts. Block the second ID, and to avoid such problems open another ID to buy on. You could open new ID for selling but this person would soon find you by the items you sell.

I did a bit of snooping around earlier :8}-it looks to me like there is a fair amount of competition in the seed selling area between aussie sellers.Lots of negs given because the seeds don't grow-makes you wonder.

Actually, just wondering - Has anyone else here purchased seeds from a B&M, then taken them back for a refund saying they won't grow or they died ?
If so was a refund forthcoming or is this just an eBay thing?
Seems a tad unfair to the seller if the buyer can't get them to grow coz they don't have a green thumb. ?:|
OMG - I could make a fortune taking groceries back to Coles, coz nothing I ever cook tastes the way it should :^O

Think of the Pandoras Box that you have just opened up. Partners that lose their shine, kids that aren't perfect little angels, don't like the smell of the new paint, scrape it off and take it back, especially dresses that are amazing but when you put on have shrunk by 2 sizes. Not your fault that the dress is 12 and you are 14. WOW what a great idea. I could make a fortune here, I am a complete black thumb. I can't even grow plastic plants.]:)
