Credit where credit is due

It seems that lately Australia Post Representatives have had a pretty big presence on these boards answering questions, clarifying policies and to a large extent eradicating the confusion that surfaces when so many different experiences, interpretations and opinions are presented.

Perhaps eBay may one day follow this example, after all, these are “their” boards, and we are their customers.

Re: Credit where credit is due

I appreciate the fact that there are AP reps here to answer questions, but I think the fact that the majority of their posts start with "there seems to be some confusion...." is indicative of a bigger problem, and that those energies would be better directed at the beginning of the line, not the end.

Re: Credit where credit is due

I never forgive Aus Post for increasing their charges. I like most of the local post office staff but I don't like the head office staff who come up with the new charges and scams. For example SOD & EC $4.45 instead of RP $3.20. I am not impressed with the staff who reply to posts here. How I wish there was at least one competitor for Aus Post.
