Custom FAQ Third Party

Can someone please tell me if the third party facility is still available for custom FAQ?

I tried to install hostedsupport.com/, I have activated the token etc but it doesnt seem to be working?

then I was reading

eBay Messaging Module Discontinued

  Due to increasing difficulty with maintaining consistency in eBay message retrieval and system speed, we have discontinued our eBay Messaging module.  You will continue to have access to all eBay messages currently in your ezSupport account, however no new eBay messages will be retrieved.  The rest of the ezSupport system, including the eBay Help Desk module, will continue to function as normal.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to reinstate our eBay Messaging module in the future.

I dont know if this is the same thing that I am trying to set up or not?

What are others using?

I have absolutely no idea, in all the years I have been using ebay I have never felt the need to have an "eBay Messaging Module" whatever that is!
