Customer gave me negative because they did not pay

I am really annoyed at buyers who don't pay and still have 100% feedback. I have been doing EBay for 10 years plus and receive negative feedback because I sent a message to a customer who bid, won then did not contact me or pay for the item. My 100% feedback I have spent 10 years gaining is now ruined by one inconsiderate xxxxxxxxxxxx! eBay ...... Please do something about this unfair process!

To do everything as advised will cost me many hours of wasted pointless time. To get through to live help and achieve a result is the last thing I should need to do this week.

 

That's not true.

 

You may be able to get the buyer to mutually agree to cancel the sale before 8 days

 

Or, you could see if you could work through some other form of arbitration process faster than the one provided by eBay...

 

Either way, you CAN NOT relist the item for any reason until the contract has been legally terminated.

 

The buyer has not responded to the postage charges or the invoice so will probably not respond to a request to cancel.

All that does is wastes more time and means I can not make money.

 

I have not got time to bend over to someone like this with a rating of zero since January this year.

I should be posting this item to a person who wants a phone and be able to warn others about the scammer.

I repeat my point yet again that I should be able to block people with a low score and not be restricted to - 1 as the rating.

 

This person probably has multiple identities and why does Ebay allow this?

I tried to open a seperate account once and had to jump through a lot of hoops to do it.

I just hope I can start selling through other sites as this is getting ridiculous.

 

I hope Ebay actually monitor this to see how many people are getting cheesed off with this ridiculous situation.
