Customising "item sent" email

Hi guy's, Is there a way to do add a message to the generic email that ebay send once you mark an item as sent ???? if not, can we send emails in bulk, like we used to in the old days ???? can't seem to find a way. Thanks

Site preferences - Manage communication with buyers - Posted - add message.

No idea about bulk emails, sorry.

Sorry it didn't work for you.

Ours has the option, but we haven't actually used it.
