DSR's and holiday settings

My store is currently on Holiday Setting due to Stocktake. Just wondering, if a customer buys something and hasn't noticed or read that we are away, can they still leave low DSR's for delivery or does it come up that you can't leave dsr's for that (like when you have free post, they can't leave a rating). Just wondering.

I think they can still leave DSR's.  Whenever I've gone on hols and left the store open, I always send a message to buyers, telling them what the situation is and when their item will be posted.  And that if it is a problem for them, or they didn't notice the holiday settings, to let me know if they'd like to cancel.  Always worked for me.

If my store is closed I always have it set so nobody can buy anything, I may miss a couple of sales but it is better than piddling people who fail to read the listing and realise there will be a delay off.
