I receivedmy first bad feedback today out of 300! It irks me that a buyer can say untruths and give negative feedback without being accountable. For my example, see my last FB entry from a seller.

I understand exactly how you feel.
I just recieved the first bad feedback that I have had in ages.
Totally unwarrented imo. My guess is the the buyer, who was from Spain could not read my description.
I said in the description that only the disc was new, not the case, and I got a neg.
Very dissapointing.....I feel your pain.

yep plantopia,me too. on my other id I received a neg this morning, saying I was rude etc, when at no time was I rude in any of our communications. However in speaking with the customer service rep about the whole transation, the said the only way to have that removed is to "reach out to the buyer" and have them revise it. if they cook up that comment I have no hope. best advice is leave a truthful response and move on.

Contact ebay and tell them straight up what has happened. No buyer has the right to call you a crook....Should be removed no questions
