I have gotten a return, and my only options are:
Upload your own label
Confirm you already sent a label
I'll help the buyer return in another way
Where is the option to just approve the return and let them print a label through ebay? The postage rate on those returns are cheaper.

What was the postage option selected on the original listing in question, as that can affect whether that option is available.
I've personally never had the option to allow the buyer to print a postage label via eBay, as I don't select Aus Post services for any of the postage options.

Ah, that's probably why, it was just "standard delivery"
