Different answers and different information from eBay agents?

Hi does anybody else have trouble getting the same story from eBay agents when on the chat or on the phone? I have been getting different information continuously! I was told to use eBay shipping labels consistently when trying to get my payment hold lifted due to being a new seller. Told that if I use them along with all the other best seller practices (which I have...I have all positive feedback so far! And now that I have used them...the story now is being changed

Yes, this can be a problem on ebay, no matter what the issue.

You would do best to read through the help sections on ebay or ask a question in here if you are after specific information. I think a lot of the ebay reps give generic answers.

 

If you are new to ebay, I doubt you will get the payment hold lifted. You will be up for about a 30 day hold because you are new to selling, but don't worry, as long as you are properly signed up to managed payments etc, you will get that money after the probationary period. The hold on funds disappears in time if you become a regular seller. It is just there for new or occasional sellers.
