Directions on how to send an invoice to a buyer

I have had a request from a buyer for an invoice to be sent to them. I have searched all the Q and A and followed directions which are to go to My ebay and click on sold the go to More actions and select send invoice I do not have that choice. Help please

You don't need to send an invoice to the buyer unless you need to change the postage cost for multiple items etc. It is very simple. Go to your sold section in my ebay find the item you want to send the invoice for, go across to the right hand side of page, click on more options drop down menu and send revised invoice.

Then you've either sent an invoice or they've gone through checkout?,(the invoice option disappears after

some options).

I'll have to check next time,(from start to finish)

Do you have these option or a different one for Unmark as payment received?,(this one is for when they've

gone through checkout,paid,it's been sent and feedback has been left)
