Yes.  Isn't that the point of having an auction?  Otherwise it's BIN

okay, I took a look at the list of items you currently have listed and they are all Buy-It-Now with Best-Offer.  There are no auctions currently listed in active or completed listings.

So, if you were wanting to know if you have to accept the best offer that any member makes on your Buy-Now listings then the answer is NO.

On Buy-Now listings with Best-Offer, members can buy it at your full asking price OR make an offer for your consideration.  You can accept the offer, decline the offer OR make a counteroffer for the buyer to consider.  While you or a buyer is considering an offer/counteroffer other members can make an offer and you are within your rights to accept any offer that is made. When an offer/counteroffer is accepted the listing will end even if another counteroffer is being considered by another member.

Some time back a member came to these boards complaining that they were the only one to have made an offer on a listing and therefore theirs was the "best off" made to the seller.  They wanted to know if the seller was breaking any rules as they didn't want to sell it to them for their offer price even though it was the highest offer made.
