Do I need to accept a return and make a refund even though I specified returns not accepted?

The buyer lists 'faults' I think minor but I don't want negative feedback

No returns only applies to change of mind.

if the item is "not as described" then you must accept a return

For very low value items, you may wish to consider it will cost you more in postage for the return than it's worth, so choose just to refund, block the buyer, and move on.
