Needing some advise. Customer purchased 3 items from me on the 13th Jnauary. The address provided by Paypal doesn't exist in "whereis". Street name doesn't exist. The address has been amended in paypal as it if different from heh Ebay one.
I have messaged several times through Ebay, I have emailed them to the email address provided and called numerous times, but have not had an answer.
What would you do now?

Bottom line is that you only have seller protection if you mail to the address provided thru PayPal. Among other things.
Is it a tracked item?
If so, did you lodge it over the counter and get that all-important lodgement acceptance scan? This is your proof of postage.
If it has a return address on it then if it is indeed undeliverable it should come back to you.
Then wait for the buyer to contact you about where it is.

I haven't sent it as yet. I was waiting for the customer to respond to confirm the address. It will have tracking when I do send it though. I just know that if I send it, it wont get to them as there is no such address.

The ordering system I use, automatically puts in the postcode when I enter the suburb, and it won't come up because it doesn't exist.
Suburb is Rasmusen QLD but they have a postcode of 4503, which is incorrect. The correct postcode is 4815.However, the street name she has provided, doesn't exist. Not sure if I can put the details on here.

Have you tried putting in the street name and postcode (without the suburb name) into Whereis and see what comes up

Yep - Street name doesn't exist. Postcode only is for the original Suburb in the ebay address, not paypal address.
