Does anyone have issue with PayPal payment for click and send?

Today I tried to pay for clock and send via PayPal first time.

I clicked PayPal option and went to PayPal page. I chose I have PayPal account to log in. It showed the log in page for a second and went back to previous page. It didn't let me sign in. I tried three times and gave up. I paid via my Visa debit card without PayPal at the end.

I'm not sure if this is only me or other people are having the same problem.

For me it's no point using PayPal if they only allow me to use credit card option for PayPal payment.

Does anyone else have issue with PayPal payment for click and send?

Sorry, I can only tell you that I've paid with PayPal twice and both times it was with existing funds in the account. This morning, the page did freeze for a while and was in "hangtime" for about 30 seconds (right after clicking the confirm payment button), but it eventually did go through. Perhaps they're having a few teething problems.

Hi Syrup

There seems to have been an issue around PayPay this afternoon. If you could let me know what browser you are using, as well as the Operating System, we can forward the info off to our developers.

Hi Alice

I have had problems with paying for Click and Send via paypal today as well. I ended up paying via credit card. I tried using both IE and Chrome.

The system took me to paypal and I signed in ok approved the transaction, then back to Click and Send it gave me a message saying I had cancelled the transaction.  I had tired a couple of times today with the same result.

Well...I was having a great time drinking 3 cups of coffee waiting for each item to process and this was before attempting a PayPal payment. I know none of this is your fault Alice but it's possible that Australia Post accepted the cheapest quote for it's software engineers.

For the last few weeks I have mostly had to resort to the emailed link for printing my labels. IE8 & Windows XP here and I regularly clear the cache although I do have fun when I don't clear it, do a google search and have search related ads follow me everywhere...lol.

Perhaps it has to do with me processing during peak demand times. I must add that all other sites are up to speed while Click & Send is walking through cold treacle.

Does anyone have issue with PayPal payment for click and send?

Hi Alice,

I was using IE as a browser as I usually use IE for click and send.

My operating system is Vista.

My computer was a bit slow today and I wasn't sure if it's me or click and send site.

I'm glad to hear digital ghost had paid with existing fund before. I will try firefox next time to see how it goes.

I did one at 1340. Went straight through from existing funds. And the site was no slower than usual. Maybe 2 second hang time between pages.

Firefox 14.0.1, XP SP3.
