I am having problems with a bidder making final bids on my listings and then never paying. When I try to contact them they are no longer registered immediately after each auction? It has never happened before but has happened 4 times now. The bidder is always under a female name with no sales transactions before. And each time under a new name. I am trying to contact Ebay to ask their advice but finding it impossible to locate a phone number. Can anyone help please. Thank you Nicole

After so many failed auctions you should know what your items are worth. Maybe try BIN with Immediate Payment Required. Have you upset a female recently?

Are these guest accounts? With names automatically generated?

Have you blocked the accounts in question?

Have you set up your buyer requirements?

I agree with davewil’s suggestion of requiring immediate payment.

I've tried for 5 days the number goes to a automated voicemail that wont let you through and chat locks you into only being able to use the virtual assistant im so sorry for you in advance i feel your pain.
