I have a lot of trouble with customers being unable to combine purchases while others can. I have my site preferences set as they should be yet so many times even with the right instructions to the buyer it seems some buyers dont have access to "request total" or commit to buy, buy it now return to seller store and then I can invoice. It becomes even more dificult with my international customers who seem to have different screens than ours. I've had succes once with a lady in Singapore who logged into the ebay.com.au website but this was a once off. It always feels like I'm giving such a poor user experience even though I'm pretty certain its not my fault.
Can anyone give me some help please?
Thanks

@ emily - tell your buyers to use the "classic" or "desktop" view of the site when on mobile. All the usual functions are available.
Either that or put items in their watch list and do the purchase when they have a desktop available later on.
The app is also incapable of dealing with a combined invoice via its mailbox; only the classic site can do that.
