Do all of your listings have it?

I checked a few but couldn't see any volume discounts on any - I checked some other seller's listings that I know have it and it's still showing there, so the function itself still seems to be available and working (at least for some).

I feel like that's pretty much their unwritten motto, these days.

It might be worth checking with eBay (use the call back option) and see if there's been any categories where the feature has been discontinued, or report it as a site error.

Some update from the poster.

I contacted eBay today, some listing 'specialist' took a look, and then she told me volume discount is working when she checks out and asked me to check my cart. I totally don't understand why 'my cart' would do anything with this and I guess she referred to her cart., but why she doesn't understand that I couldn't see her cart? Even if that worked, what's the point of not knowing there's a volume discount until buyers check out? Before it stopped working, banners can be seen on the listings and prices change right after quantity is changed.

She also told me it could be because I updated prices in the past 7 days, but unfortunately she couldn't get it working after she tried on a listing that hasn't been updated for a while. Then she told me because there's some insurance I offered might cause the problem. **bleep**? The insurance is from eBay not what I offered, eBay just 'hijack' these listings to ask buyers whether they need 3rd party insurances, why does that have anything to do with the seller? And realistically, even if there was a price change, why would that affect volume discount? As a seller, I would still like to encourage buyers to buy more no matter how prices are. Do these eBay programmers ever understand market?

You might have contacted ebay, but did you use the 'call me back' option as suggested?

Otherwise, you get someone in the Philippines just reading off a screen and not knowing what they're talking about.

I requested their management team to call me back. The actual problem I believe is from those coding dudes in India, not the customer services. I also found out sometimes people have to clear their browser cache to display the listings properly, that means, even if your listings look fine to you, they may not to the buyers, which is definately a programming issue
