Hi all, i have been a member for a few years sold a few things, i have always shipped items as they are marked as paid via the small $ icon in eBay interface, BUT NOT ANY MORE, i had posted an item off to ASIA, as it was marked paid cleared via the $ icon in eBay, but later on when checked the funds in paypal, that one transaction was "HELD" something about buyer had not authorised the payment, after about 2 weeks, paypal returned the money back the the paypal owner, thus i got nothing in return.
