I have noticed a sudden increase in the number of sellers in China selling high end radio control items using multi-listings finishing within seconds of each other and only using the "auction only" option. Couple this with the fact that all the sellers have zero feedback and are not answering any of my questions, I feel that these are obviously fraudulent items.
I would like to know if eBay has a designated department of staff that keeps an eye out for such sellers? I only ask I I do feel sorry for the new comers to eBay that fall for these scammers and have to go through the involved, slow and often difficult refund process.
P.S. One of the sellers I have been watching has just had negative feedback already because they are not answering emails from an auction winner. I hate to see sellers with a minus feedback score. I thought this didn't happen on eBay anymore?

With millions of listings ebay staff would not keep up with every scam listing in every category.
A lot of the scam sellers are picked up by other members reporting them.

Have a read of this thread as this is where a lot are reported and dealt with after reported.
