EBAY DESIGNER BAG AUTHENICATORS

I listed an authentic GUCCI bag which sold and was sent to authenticators.  It failed due to the lining being shortened due to a large hole being burnt in it by ironing it.   This was disclosed in the listing and accepted by the buyer.

The bag is still authentic, just the lining altered.

Very angry

What is your question for other members?

eBay staff rarely read the forum, and the authenticators certainly don't, regardless of your yelling

Sandy - no yelling - the brand GUCCI - is all capitals.

They are yelling, in caps and bold in the heading

I took that as simply the ' title '.

I guess that is the end of civilization as we know it.

Point being that the OP seems to be under the impression, if they yell that eBay will  somehow know about their issue and read their post

Pardon me for not finding it necessary to yell at people for no reason

Consider yourself pardoned.

I'm not smart enough to know that the OP is under any impression.

I agree with dom... it's just a title.

Headings are often done in all caps and the text is bold because ebay makes unread posts bold.
Really if that is the most help you can offer is to complain about a correct format of a headng and the bold added by ebay then take a break.

Honestly, I totally understand. I am sorry that nobody was kind enough to even try to help you.

Who actually sent it to authenticators?
