EBAY REMOVING ITEMS AS ALLEGEDLY FAKE WHEN THEY ARE GENUINE

For the 2nd time this week, ebay have removed items I was selling.

Its quite obviousl they are receiving reports from competitors who are reporting my items as fake when they are not.

I purchased in bulk and can offer them at good prices obvisoulsy hurting other sellers.

These competitors have found a little scheme where they report the item as fake and if they get more than one notification, they remove my items.

No investigation, no contact with me at all, just remove it and send me an email to let me know its been removed because of violating ebay policies.

Has any other seller experienced this?  

I have asked for it to be escalated but I guess its going to fall on deaf ears just like the other item they removed.

I have receipts from the actual stores but ebayd ont want to know about it.

Its driving me insane!

Receipts for 2 of the three bags I have issues with were provided - From Kate Spade in South Carolina where I purchased the items, but alas, not taken into consideration.

They were not removed by ebay at all, I ended my listing myself as I am trying to sort this out with paypal and finally I am getting somewhere. PS I have been selling for 12 years not wet behind the ears.

Good luck with PayPal. As we all know, like eBay, they are a law unto themselves. Every time you start to sus them out, they move the goal posts. 

It's weird they restricted you over 3 bad transactions. I wonder how those other sellers get on that have had 50 negs in the last 6 months? Maybe they fall into the 'protected seller' category. Seems to be quite a few of those.

I did some google reverse image searches and found images on the wit site that were identical to helen's.  In the time it took me to do the searches she posted the South Carolina info.

That happen to me

Every time I list 3DSxl ebay AI picks it up as counterfeit

I contacted ebay reps they have tight hands and cant help just wasting time

Some ebay rep advised me not to load more than 1-2 pics

Ebay is getting nowhere I wish there was alternative for it

The worst thing is they restrict account for days even your item is legit I am also frustrated 

We are to bpame move to market place or gumtree as ebay sucks
