How do you cancel an order when buyer hasn’t paid and eBay says it is too late to cancel

How long ago did they 'buy' the item?

Was it just today you tried?  (it could be a Friday glitch)

Hi there,  You have 30 days, from the time you are notified the item has sold,in which to cancel the order.

If the 30 days has expired, then you are indeed too late, and you will be required to pay ebay selling fees.
