I have just had a thought which might help sellers and buyers avoid all or most of the problems associated with the recent changes to EBay.
For example, I only just found out that buyers disputes are handled in the country of the buyer and not the country of the seller. The rules are different. For a seller in Australia handling an INR dispute. Proof of mailing is required if buyer is in Australia, proof of receipt if buyer is in UK. -- This is an example, but I might have it all wrong, hence the need for a manual.
I am looking for co-authors to produce an up-to-date manual, giving accurate advice. Is anybody up to the task?
Best wishes
Robert

Anyone who writes a manual would probably have to be prepared to be sued if people don't get the outcome they're led to expect after reading the manual. Just a thought.

It's relatively simple to provide advice without creating specific expectations, though.
Or..... just make the cover something like a wallet bursting at the seams with cash, then have a little *

Of course eBay could just produce a properly indexed on-line help.
And keep it updated.
A site changelog would be a pretty useful idea too.
At least with one of those we would know the difference between a glitch and an "improvement" lol.
For example, does anyone know if the loss of categories from listings is deliberate or delinquent?
We are continually on our own as are CS.

That's exactly the kind of radical thinking we need. 😄

It'd be a waste of time if they continue to ignore their own rules!

LMAO - next thing you know I'll be suggesting they actually show all our listings too; now that would be radical!
