Ebay Postage Lables

Hi all

Normally I use Click And Send to post my Parcels but this time I went to use Ebay Postage as there was a problem with Click and Send When I went to print the lable it was charging me more than Click And Send. I decided to cancel the Ebay Postage Label Now I have to wait 25 Days to get my money back.. That I cannot believe 25 Days Never even Printed the label. Is there anything I can do?

The gears grind slowly with eBay when they owe you something don't they OP ?

They will soon restrict an account if an ebay invoice is unpaid, but as to your dilemma, I guess you wait the 25 days.

Personally I would be ringing eBay, speak to a supervisor and see how you go.

Depending on your browser (Firefox doesn't, Google does) you get the print page. Firefox downloads the label to your default download directory.

Check your downloads, it will be there.

Otherwise you can cancel after 5 days and wait 2 months for eBay to refund.

If you got the print page, at that point you have already committed to this postage. Why didn't you print the label? You must have sold the item to get the postage label option.

Did you offer 500g eBay satchels but don't have any?  That is the only option that costs $7.15. If you plan on using standard 500g satchels, they are significantly more expensive to post than $7.15.

More info needed. And you should probably have a look at the site map. And ask a lot of questions.
