Just got a big shock when I looked at my charges and found them to be excessive. On checking, I have four charges for ordering postage ebay postage labels. In actual fact, I didn't print any of these - I was just checking how to do it and then decided I would stick with my click and send satchels that I have a stock off even though they are more expensive (I also got charged the fee for these as well !!!) Now, having trouble finding any info on how to cancel - or how to actually contact e-bay (which I would prefer to do) Is there any one out there who can help ? MARLENE

In your My eBay under Manage Postage Labels you can cancel the labels yourself up to 5 days after printing the labels.
If it has been more than 5 days then you'll need to contact eBay to see whether you can apply for a refund. From the main menu click on Customer Support then the Contact eBay tab and follow the steps until you get either a phone number or email contact.
Why wouldn't you use the existing satchels? C&S now has new satchels and the (old) C&S satchels are used for the eBay postage labels.

Thank you so much - all sorted !!! I think I will use the ebay option and make use of the stock of click and send satchels I have.

i get similar problem =/
i click the label just to see what it's like (first time seller here) but didn't even print it out... and i am charged $7.15 for the label i didn't print ! =(
of cause i did cancel the label right away but will have to wait 25 days for the cancelation * sigh *
i guess i will have to pay...... but then eBay will do a sort of refund by adding ?credit? to my account, right ???????
