I signed up for managed payments a year ago. No problems, have been selling since. Money went in my account this week. They take money out for Postage labels. Sold many items no problems. Now I get a message saying they cannot verify my account and to update details. Nothing has changed, same bank account as ever. Asks me to log in to my account directly from ebay. Is that safe to do so? Is this some sort of scam? I went through all the hoops a year ago when I signed up for managed payments, and now suddenly they can't verify my account, but they haven't had that problem till now. They just sent me the latest financial statement.
