Ebay helping VICTORIAN SELLERS !

We who live in Victoria , was sent a message regards to AP delayed extended delivery times thru EBAY messages, well what about this

buyer from Melbourne buys an item from us late on Tuesday the 4th August  ( last week) claims he never received item , demands a refund and slams on us a negative  , in feedback states (never received on time not good enough wants money back.

states item coming from outside Australia with the letters MF) at the end.

we contacted EBAY CHAT  they state Ebay policy has not changed as far as delivery exceptions go , the buyer has the right to give you a negative , and that Ebay cannot back you up that item is coming from outside Australia.

EBAY HAS NOW REMOVED  COMMENT BUYER LEFT in brackets stated above but not the negative!

it is hard enough to make a living these days, and not to have the support they state to claim  very disappointing .

BELOW IS MESSAGE EBAY HAS ON THERE MESSAGE BOARD

Here are the measures we have put in place if you are a seller based in Victoria or you are shipping an item to a buyer in Victoria:
