Just got an invoice this morning for the listing of my car in November. Car went to auction and sold except the buyer was was bodgey and had no intentions of buying the car.. Ebay even realised that and sent me a message saying that the car did not sell. How do I rectify this before they take money out of my account? Thanks in advance.

You can open a dispute for NPB I guess, then close it in 4 days and you will get your fvf returned, but as you say eBay have acknowledged the vehicle didn't sell so it may be best to call them....ask to speak to a supervisor.
Is there a listing fee for vehicles ? Maybe this is what has been charged ?

Thanks for your reply. There is a listing fee which is fine but they also have charged me fvf as well.

I have lodged a non payment claim as that seems the only thing I can do. Do Ebay have a phone number to call? Thanks again.

Go to the top of the page above the big blue search button - Help & Contact.
You used to be able to arrange a call back but not sure if that is still available, my advice, don't piddle around with the 'Chat' online option.
