Ebay is charging my every month to keep my account and sell my products but actually they are suspending my account for 10 days every month for no reason.
They say that my account isn’t following policy: Third-party fulfilment policy
They are telling me that I don't have all the products with me, in other words that I'm doing drop shipping just because the system says that.
Actually, I have all the products I sell with me, I don't do drop shipping and even I offered them to send photos or videos of my storage where my products are.
Unfortunatelly, a system has more credibility than a human being. This situation is really frustrating because I can not continue working with a service like this anymore.
Ebay dont listen, they take advantage of sellers and noone is doing anything to stop them.
The only way I have to fight for a fair marketplace is closing my account and lost all the years of work and excellent ranking I have.
