Ebay not allowing me to reply to messages

Persons are contacting me re items I am selling but ebay will not allow me to reply to their mesaages

On the listing page on the RHS is "contact seller", click on that and off you go.

its happening to me to i got a case open to pay an item but wont let me to reply to the person just so i can tell i can pay em in few days because they didn't accept my offer until my money was gone

now im probably gunna loose a star that iv payed thousands of dollars to earn

The case shouldn't close for 4 days from the date of it being opened, so you have at least that long. Try contacting the seller through the "send message" link on their profile, and when ebay asks you to indicate which item you are messaging about, select "this is not about an item" or whatever it says.

Your star is not in danger of anything, and I may be guessing, but I suspect it's more a case of you paid thousands of dollars for items that you bought, and the feedback / star is a by-product you like.

You seem to have no idea of how eBay works.

Buyers, which you appear to be, don't get stars. So your alleged thousands of dollars were spent in vain. Unless you received thousands of dollars worth of goods.

Most buyers don't hijack seller threads to post irrelevant and illinformed issues, but that's a whole other matter.

It's Friday, eBay maintenance day, when anything that can go wrong, will. Try again tomorrow, after a Bex and a lie-down.

It's an old(er) school way of saying "take a chill pill".

"A cup of tea, a Bex and a good lie down" was a marketing phrase, and ultimately became a general phrase used for "relax".

Yes I know that but BEX also caused cancer so I went along those lines knowing to well that it was meant as take a chill pill.
