a buyer bought from me 19 letters

after send me the following message

"The 19 separate letters I want are in white vinyl:

1D
1E
1G
3Is
1K
3Ns
1O
1P
2Rs
1V
1W
1Y

If you count the letters she asked me for 30 lettersbut  paid only for 19!

I SEND  to her the 30 letters.

now she opened a request for" These are in white vinyl: 1 A, 2 Is, 2 Ns and1 R.

but she never bought white vinyl letters, only black and she never order those letters even in black colour

I ASK THE EBAY TO PROTECT ME FROM THIS BUYER!

when I look, it adds up to 19, and she asked for white vinyl. Perhaps I misunderstand your post...

I think you need to re-read the buyer's order....she has clearly ordered white vinyl and she has also ordered those letters.

I send her white

but she never asked for  the  1 A, 2 Is, 2 Ns and1 R , now she wants 39 letters instead of 19 and she open a dispute for letters she never bought or asked me to sent her. "I just want the six missing letters that were ordered supplied. These are in white vinyl: 1 A, 2 Is, 2 Ns and1 R"

I am sorry, but she has ordered 19 letters in white vinyl, unless you have posted the wrong order....and the order does include the letters she is asking to have sent.  Were they missing from the order you sent?

seems to me that she wanted 2 of the 'A' but only got one...

3 of the l, but she only got one

3 of the n , but only got one

and 2 of the r , but only got one

that is how i would read it from your post.

I have no idea how you get 30 or 39

I m totally confused. According to you your buyer stated "The 19 separate letters I want are in white vinyl:" She then listed a total of 19 letter - incuding 2As, 3Is, 3Ns, 2Rs. You sent her 30 letters. Now she is requesting  1 A, 2 Is, 2 Ns and1 R. are these extras or ones she claimed she didn't get? and even if you add them to her original order it still only comes to a total of 25 letters.

Why did you send her 30 and where is your figure of 39 coming from?

I count 19.
Shes saying she ordered 19 and only recieved 13.
You sent her one of each letter... when she asked for 2 and 3 of a few. Those are the ones that are missing.
Im not sure why this is complicated..... lol
