Frustrating

I simply want to sell an item locally but keep getting "Cant list internationally" because have not met criteria. How do I turn this off?

If international postage is not showing then click on the add/remove options link and tick the box to display it. Check that you have no postage service selected and if you have deselect it. Go back to add/remove options and deselect the show international box and it should work OK.
