I keep getting a message saying Turbo lister is not connected to the internet. I have NOT downloaded any new programmes on my computer. I have AVAST antivirus installed, I turned it off to see if it was causing the problem, and it still will not work. Does anybody have any suggestions? Much appreciated.

Hi,
Thank you, the issue has been resolved. If anyone else has this problem, please refer to the below email sent from Turbo Support.
To correct this issue, please try the following:
1. In the lower left corner of your computer screen, click the Start button. In the search field at the bottom of the area that comes up, type the following:
Internet Options
If you are running WIndows 8/8.1, move your mouse to the upper right of the screen to access the search option.
It should find a matching Control Panel named "Internet Options" or "Internet Properties". Click on that match. This should open a new window named Internet Properties.
2. In the top right corner of that window, click on the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list of choices. A few boxes up from the bottom, you should see a box labeled "Use TLS 1.0". Check that box and then click the Apply button. You can now click the OK button to close that window.

Are you using the most up to date vwersion of IE? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache, logging out of ebay and TL and then switching off your computer and re booting? If none of those work I would uninstall TL then redownload and repopulate using your most recent back up file.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
