I have sent Ebay 8 emails in the past 3 months regarding a problem I am having with my items no longer being displayed in best match search results. I have not had a single response from Ebay to any of these 8 emails. Each time I submit my email, I get an automated reply thanking me for contacting Ebay and that somone will respond to me shortly. But they never do. Has anyone actually ever received a response from them???

Have you tried phoning them ?
JMO but sending an email to ebay is a waste of time as you've found out.

Yes I've also phoned them. The person I spoke to said she was going to submit my issue to the technical team and that someone from there would get in touch with me. They never did...

I am sure ebay get thousands of complaints every day from sellers about their items not appearing as high in best match as they would like, I for one do not want to pay increased fees to pay for hundreds of employees to investigate each of these compalints and give individual answers to each seller.
I have never found any correlation between my overall sell through rate and my visibility in best match so stopped looking.

You're missing the point. It's the fact that they say that they will get back to me and never do.

I am having the same issues.
Ebay make us pay for a store,and blatantly lie to us about visibility.
This has been happening to me ever since best match was introduced.
