Anybody else get a message from Ebay today that they need to make a payment to their account for Ebay fees when it's already been done? Message comes from "collections.au@ebay.com" and includes the amount "owing" and my shop name.

Appears it's happened to many members. Meaning it's just a glitch and can be ignored.

Yep, got two of these for my two different ebay accounts about 2 hours ago - also thought it was a scam but they're addressed to me personally and have the correct amounts. Double-checked Paypal and the invoices were paid as usual a few days ago.
It's a bit worrying they're threatening to delete my account if I don't pay a bill I've paid.

This is a multi layered Phishing email.
Most of the links are legit but one asks you to log into your account on a new log in page.
Now they have your password.
Next they ask for details to verify your account.
Now they have your details.
They say log in failed and you have no idea they just got you.
There are other email sites warning about this but this forum came up first and I thought I should share.
Side note I clicked onto it and only stopped when I forgot my password. I was very close to getting sacammed

I don't owe ebay any fees because I haven't sold anything yet they told me I owed an unspecified amount and to click on their links. I checked for scam first

How did you check for a scam?
The person you are replying to posted their comment in 2019, so I hope you checked this 'link' more carefully than when replying to a post from 3 years ago
I hope it was also in your eBay messages
And that the email really was real
I'd be double checking if I were you
And then doing some damage control
