Ebay site Glitch - Anyone Else seen this one

Just in this past week we have had two cases of this happen.

Randomly one of our orders that we have already packed and shipped out appears back on our awaiting shipment list.

In both cases they have been larger multiple item orders over $100 so we have used a C&S parcel and therefore had a tracking number to load against the order.

I have just remarked the order statuses as Posted and it moves back over to the right list again.

This is a bit of a worry. It means that we could very easily mail out a second item no knowing that this has happened.

We thought we were going crazy. Doubting ourselves and thinking we forgot to pack & send them.

Yes, it happens and it usually disappears again by itself. It only seems to be on sales of multiple items. I pack from the payment notifications so unless they pay twice I wouldn't post out twice.

Yes had this problem on several occassions and always multiple items and they seem to pop back up on the 'too ship' list after feedback has been given by the buyer. I've reported it to eBay three times now this year and still not got a response I had also posted a thread on it previously.  I've sent eBay an e-mail telling them that I will hold them liable for any costs we incur if one goes out as a result of this error. Of course that would be like pulling teeth but I never got a response. Calls are logged and I am told IT will look into it. Then wow what a surprise I hear nothing.

The phone operators can still see that the item was marked as shipped and the track advice so not sure about it all really other than I view it as a very serious error.

Yes the feedback left by the buyer makes sense now you mention that. The one just this morning was coincident with that buyer leaving us feedback as it happens.

The first one I don't recall but could well have been that as we did received feedback from her as well.

But both times it has happened to us has been for a multiple item order.
