What would you do as a seller, buyer of used DVD's with Zero feedback

Resolved! Buyer Stating "I press the link of pay now and it tells me item no longer available?".

I sold a stopwatch a week ago. I sent an invoice and no response. Sent message yesterday re non payment and payer states as above. I resent an invoice and also offered to pay via bank account. Is anyone else having this issue? Payer has 0 purchases.
