Ebay store settings and add note disapeared Whats going on !!!!!

Whats gouing on with the Ebay layout, got no access menu for stotre settings, and just noticed cant add a note to listings anymore, bad enough with all the policy changes, and on top of that they keep messing with the Ebay layout, if it aint broke dont fix it !!!!!!

Ok no different on another PC can access store settings via account settings tab under sign in , but it is a long way round to get there, not how it should be.
