You have posted under selling, so why did you use a third party (Sendle, more than likely) 

Your choice as a seller who you choose, the seller selects the service, not eBay

If you are the buyer- contact the seller and see if they can help track it down.

If you are the seller then contact the courier and get them to chase it up. If you are the seller then you choose whether to send via Oz post or a courier - eBay down not choose for you!!!
