Was looking at some my listings today and noticed that on the drop down variation menu - it has changed the symbol for inches (") into gobbledygook. I've attached an example. The variation should say 18" (45 x 45cm).
Can anyone tell me if my listings also show this rubbish on their computers, or if they are having any issues with their variations?
I've looked at this on 2 different browsers on my Mac, and they both show the same thing. Not every single listing is affected, but 8 out of the 10 I checked were.
I swear,..........sometimes I just want to hit my head on something!
Grrrrr!!!!!!!

Many of my (elderly) generation in the UK still think in imperial measurements. All my old recipe books are in ounces and pounds and so are a lot of my knitting patterns pre date metrication.
I have friends a fair bit younger than me who were still at school when we went metric and those who were near finishing are still stuck in inch mode.
I am comfortable working in both but realise that a lot of Grannies still think imperial so I am happy to quote both ins and cms when listing clothes.

But when you're back in 'Murrica it might actually be "your". They do insist on spelling everything the opposite way to us, eg. kerb, curb - both have the opposite meaning to here. Yes, I know, your would still be in incorrect, but half the population here probably spell it wrong anyway, just as half the population puts apostrophes in plural words that aren't possessive, eg. the monkey's were in the trees. I saw a notice on the board outside the PO today that said "Your invited..." and someone had used their pen to write in an e and an apostrophe.

I can relate to that brerrabbit. Every time we went past our local Good Guys store my OH used to have steam coming out of his ears at the signwriting on the windows. They were advertising Television's, Microwave's, Fridge's.....you get the drift.
After months of enduring his comments and rolling my eyes, we went in to buy something and lo and behold the owner was there. My OH could not resist saying something about the appalling example being set by the mistakes in the signwriting. It appears that the owner had been a school teacher in a former life and he was adamant that it was right. It still annoys us to this day.

You should have said it out loud Stawks....sometimes that makes the penny drop.
That is what I do with some of the posts on the boards if they are a bit iffy.
How has your day ended.....is it better than yesterday?
You haven't been eating pizza again have you?
