Buyer asked for cancellation. I sent request n the 12th at 7am, she did not respond, so today after 7 days I went to end it, but there is still no option. I m assuming it was 7am, they would say 19.00 if it was at night would not they? I want to wrap this up and get my fee back.

I think I read some comments the other day that even though it's supposed to be 7 days, it is actually closer to 8 days, so you may not be able to close it until 7am tomorrow.
It amazes me that a buyer would request it, then ignore it. Why request it if you're not going to follow through?

Here's hoping you don't cop a defect for your efforts too. We know how much they love giving defects for cancelled transactions.
It's also possible that when the buyer got the cancellation message they were told not to cancel until they have been refunded.....even if they hadn't paid. That stops some people accepting the request. Why I don't know!
