Thanks for this, but does everyone get access to this promotional offer?  I have clicked on the link and it says I have accepted it, but it is not showing up in my account (apart from the usual 40 free monthly listings).  I have read that it doesn't appear until the day (31 Dec on this occasion).  Ebay 'chat' told me that these offers are sent out randomly ...... anyone else have any experience with clicking on the link, as opposed to actually receiving the invite by email?  Cheers

It will show up where your 40 free listings are on the 31st. They don't put it there before it starts. If it says you have accepted it, it will be there tomorrow.

I don't worry about eBay Chat or ringing a consultant any more.  Their advice doesn't make sense half the time .... sorry, but that's how I find it.

I only receive the free promotions from other sellers or from the Discussion Page.   Just click on the 'Accept' button, and you should have them on the day they commence.
