Hi guys,
Just got this promo:
http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/103661
*** It's FREE to list & sell 10 items this Jan!
Earn 100% of what your item sells for! ZERO fees. Up to 10 items only. T&Cs apply. ***
I have checked with other sellers and they all got it too, so i guess it could be available to all sellers.
Cheers.

So you have no listing limits. Lucky you. Most people who opened accounts in the last 5 years do. Which means they have no advantage other than the 10 free listings.

I'm not sure what you mean by listing limits.
I get 40 free listings a month.

Listing limits are what you get when you are limited as to the number of listings you can have active at any one time. As you don't know what they are it would appear you don't have them.

You have a store don't you? Perhaps they only apply to stores?

I don't have any limits on my store ID, because I started that one before the limits came in.
My other IDs, including this one, do.

I have 3 non store accounts. Even though I only get 40 free listings a month, on my main account I can have 1,100 active listings (I'd pay an insertion fee for anything above the 40). My second account has a limit of 100 and my last account has a limit of 50. I could get the limits increased on the smaller accounts but there is no point given I refuse to pay insertion fees.
Part way down your selling page should tell you if you have limits. Not the promotion box down the bottom, there will be a box in the middle somewhere telling you how many items you can list per month and also a dollar value. If you don't have that then you don't have any limits.

EBay don't pay you anything, they just don't charge you for the fees. If they sold after the promotion finished (Feb 19 I think), then the fees will be charged. I sold 4 things during the promotion and my fees were showing as $0.00. 2 more items sold during the week and the fees are showing for them.

if your buyers paid by PayPal then their fee is taken at time of payment. The promotion did not include PayPal fees, these were still payable.
