2 with a few lingerers eg watchers on my auctions ๐
After a recent thread on the subject, I just removed the ability to see watchers. I have no interest in knowing how many other sellers are wanting to see how much it sells for.

I like my competitors watching my items ๐ I like to imagine them sitting at computer slamming their head against the keyboard multiple times after watching customers buy my items and continually ignore theirs.
At any give time there are approx 4 or 5 sellers in AU selling items that are somewhat similar to ours, so when we have 25-35 watchers for certain items that's a great indicator for us where focus should remain and gives us direction.
We are just $150 away from having our best week ever, and there are still 3 days to go, however with that the workload has jumped up significantly. I think I actually seem my family less now and i work from home lol....

It seems that most sellers are doing great, which shows the depth of eBay buyers and the general commonality among sellers/buyers. You've all got stuff that people want and they are more than happy to buy it.
I made a big mistake by buying so many things under the false pretense that I'd be able to sell them for a profit. No one is clicking on my listings because I'm almost certain they don't like me as a person, as previously I've gotten greedy and made a few passive aggressive descriptions (e.g. "This is rare!!!" or "You won't find this again!!!" etc) and turned all of the regular buyers off. Might start looking for a private buyer who respects the value of the items and wants them or can re-sell them for their real value. If I saw someone who didn't look nice, I probably wouldn't buy from them either. I've actually gone back on what I said I would never do when I first started contemplating selling and have simply gotten greedy.

?:| Stop thinking personal - start thinking business - and customer service. How can anyone seriously think a personal aspect has anything to do with selling?. The buyer does not know you - If you have what they want at the right price, they will buy

To break trend on what seems for most to be a quiet month, we just passed 147 sales this morning, and broke our $$ record for sales in a 7 day period. We have had an amazing month, following an another amazing month in Jan and at this rate we are on track to have our first $7000 month in sales, that would be amazing for a quiet and slow feb ๐

Geez... almost seems too good to be true.
Alot of people on here seem to buy the essentials - clothing, cookwear, spare parts, etc. Seems anyone with a good supplier, good products for the family, good profit margin and a good way of selling them, can make a nice income by selling on eBay. The market is already flooded but obviously people are selling well.
