I am so fed up with getting constant un paid items. The penalties for unpaid items is obviously non exisitent as i think i have almost as many unpaid item cases as actual paid sales
Just very fed up with impulse buyers who use us small sellers as their impulse fix.
I know you dont get charged for the listings by ebay but they do cut into potential real sales especially off buyers who are genuinely buy multiple items off you.
Would like to see a discussion thread on this issue

lotsa - If buyers want to purchase more with immediate pay set up, they simply add to cart then do one payment.
If they don't pay, they haven't made the purchase yet, it just sits in their cart as a reminder to buy.
Not sure if you can bulk edit that option but I would imagine you can.

mc dollar - It's 2 or more strikes within 12 months that you can have set on your account.
Set up your blocks if you haven't.
Having it recorded or a symbol on the account is not going to help if a buyer clicks BIN or bids in the last few minutes not giving you the opportunity to look at the account and retract a bid. That's why the strike system works and the more sellers that open unpaid cases, the more non payers will get the message. No pay, No more ebaying.

i think ebays thinking on this is that it takes a lot of negative experiences before a seller packs up his shop and leaves ebay
however its ebays belief 1 negative experience and most buyers leave and dont come back
so keeping the non payment strikes private removes any chance of them being negative experiences until they pass the 2 in 12 months.
be nice if sellers got the same treatment, 2 negatives in 12 months but not seen until you get 3

That's really constructive and helpful to the OP

I don't get fussed about non payers anymore, and accept it as part of business. Sadly it seems to be more frequent these days but I just go through the unpaid item process and move onto shipping to the majority of buyers who have paid me.
