Note the revised feedback. This person demanding refund from me whilst keeping goods even though it ws pointed out to them the policy of return. This person does it all the time look at jpeg the feedback they leave. I reported it and nothing happened.

If any messages from them clearly state they are trying feedback extortion with you, call eBay, ask to speak to a supervisor, tell them exactly what the buyer's history is and send them copies of your emails/messages with them.

how did you report it? did you email? I would ring ebay and talk to them same with paypal. Please let us know who it is in bold (not outright be a bit cryptic) so we can block s/he.

I would probably mention to the buyer that because of the feedback they have left for other sellers you will file a complaint with australia post for them to look into why you are having so many problems with the delivery of your mail. Therefore I will need to pass on all relevant details to Australia post. (or something similar.) It may scare them enough to stop doing what they have been.

Now the way i see it is that when Ebay and Aust. Post got together to add tracking as standard to all parcels its stuffed up all those buyers out there that liked to get things for free by saying " my item never arrived ". Therefore they have had to get a bit more sneaky and try something new. Prior to tracking being added to regular parcels i used to get at least 2 or 3 people a month demanding a refund because of non arrival. NOW .... surprise surprise I havnt had one. KEEP FIGHTING !! Ebay have rules sellers are expected to follow them, so should the buyer.

I have just spoken on the phone, the response was gee wiz we looked into it already and didn't see anything wrong despite emails with the customer making demands and the pattern of feedback. They also suggest I try communciating with the buyer, I all ready did and the buyer stopped responding ( the buyer does not want to communicate with me , they don't care about me they made their grubbing demands.) I escalated it to a supervisor, the operator made a clear point of saying this is a far as it can go, meaning the result will be the same. Open slather for dodgy buyers, buy goods you want demand refund without return and you will get half for free, or do the old non tracking chineese mail scam.

As they have already left feedback, don't refund. Simple. Play them at their own game. They can't leave another feedback for you. There are a lot of revised feedbacks on that list. Shame you didn't get a screen shot of the area above the feedback.
