Feedback info page says sellers can leave Positive, Neutral and Negative feedback.

Has anyone else noticed that on http://pages.ebay.com.au/services/forum/feedback.html , in the How Feedback works section the second paragraph says "
For each transaction, buyers and sellers can rate each other by leaving Feedback. Each Feedback consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, and a short comment."?

Then eBay are braking there own rules unbeleiveable but its not true as we can't do anything for buyers

Ebay just haven't updated the page for years.

That policy is "not as described" deserves a defect and fees refund.
