Obviously they haven't been reported yet. I would suspect the reason why the buyers have low feedback is because only a relative newbie would be caught by the scam.

And I'm pretty sure sellers are only evaluated monthly, so they have that time to make their bucks before their account is suspended.

These are scam listings and  have been ongoing for over a year now and have adapted different guises to by pass the eBay bots.

This is another one with more then one listing.

They sell cheap generic items and then list the scam items after they have built up feedback,(generally around the 10 mark).
