Hi Trev here,I recently sold a galaxy S3 i9300T in for parts and not working, the screen was cracked, but all other functions still worked,I mentioned in the listing that the phone would not be posted till the funds cleared into my bank account from pay pal approximately 3 days, the guy bought the phone and i replied,i will post as soon as the money was cleared to my bank,He replied rudely and said no that's not good enough, you got the money you should post it,i said cant you read the item description, any way over the week end passed and i posted it on 7/05/2013 and i marked it as posted on the 8/05/2013,it took 2-5 business days to get from me to him,on the 4th day, there is a pay pal depute waiting for me,pay pal froze my money, any way i sent the tracking details to pay pal his item was delivered in time and he lost the depute,i got my money back,so he got smart and left me bad feedback,my first bad feedback in years, what gives him the rite to do this.the item was delivered on time and it was as described,I contacted ebay about this and got a message back saying they cannot remove it,ITS JUST NOT FAIR.

I have a 3 day handling time on my TOS because I don't post until the cash is in my account - not PayPals.
Why?
When a buyer pays via PayPal - they money is with PayPal; not with me. I do not consider I have been paid until the money is available for me to use as I see fit. I offer a $2 discount per item if people pay via direct bank deposit (and no handling time).
About 1 in 50 people takes up that offer!!! :^O:^O
I dislike eBay basically forcing sellers and buyers to use PayPal and taking more fees. But I deal with it because I have to.
But I do not consider an item paid to me until the cash is in MY BANK ACCOUNT.
And I don't care what eBay / PayPal think. I abide by their rules, it doesn't mean I agree with them.
